McABEE BEACH

McAbee Beach has a long and interesting history.  Some of that history is recorded on this sign in front of the beach.

McAbee Beach is scheduled for some improvements that will make it look a bit better and to make access easier.  Watch this spot for updates.

Below is the current access to the beach, across this sandy area past the old foundations.

Once beyond the foundations you arrive on the beach.  This is a good place to launch a kayak (if you can find parking) and or go diving.
